I didn’t always know that helping people with their wellness was my calling.
When I was 23 and had one baby, I was so sick. My health progressively got worse for years. So many doctors visits and specialists, and none of them could tell me why my body was broken. Finally one morning when my husband TJ went to leave for work, he realized I was unconscious in our bed. Upon discovering he couldn’t wake me, he loaded up our 2.5 year old and myself and took us to the ER. After days in the ICU, I was diagnosed with acute adrenal insufficiency "Addison's disease" and it was in the weeks after that I grew an appreciation for LIFE.
It had been years since I truly felt alive, and I fell hard for my workouts. They made me thrive, challenged my body, and cleansed my mind. In that journey, I found that it improved my health and I had felt better than I ever had in my lifetime.
I am now a mom of 3, and after years I am so excited to be to the point where I can share my love of fitness with you in order to guide you through upgrading your own health, and reminding you what it feels like to be alive.
Wherever you are, whatever you’ve been through, YOU are in some control of your own health. I am right here by your side to help you through it, and my deepest desire is to help you understand that you are worth every bit of effort that goes into your health.
